Free Online Training: The Future of Wāhine Centered Leadership

Join Shannon Rose in this korero on the Future of Wāhine Centered Leadership. We will explore the innate gifts we have as wāhine that makes us great leaders, what whanau centered leadership looks like and discuss emerging opportunities for wāhine to create meaningful kaupapa in their communities.

Free Online Training: Te Hononga ki Te Hā 

22nd July 2026 · 12pm-1.30pm  

In this free training with HineHau, you will learn how breathwork is understood from a Te Ao Māori perspective, the pūrakau that underpin this understanding, and experience a 20-minute BreathWav UpRegulate practice.

You will leave with a renewed appreciation of what Te Hā can do in your life, and a daily tool you can bring into your practice for maintaining your oranga.

Practitioner Refresher Course

1-2 August 2026 · Maketu  

A two day intensive for existing practitioners trained in 2023 & 2024. Space to return to the work, deepen your practice and reconnect with the HineHau kaupapa. Open to graduates of the Practitioner Training only.

HineHau Level 1&2 Practitioners Training

21st–27th September 2026 · Lake Okataina, Rotorua

200 Hour Practitioner Training. 6 month certification programme combining in person immersion with online learning. IPHM accredited. For hauora practitioners and wāhine facilitators ready to hold this work at depth. By application only.

Practitioner Follow Up Course

27th-29th November 2026 · Maketu 

A two day follow up for existing HineHau graduates. Continued support, supervised practice and deepening of facilitation skills. Open to graduates of the HineHau Practitioner Training only.
