- Come away from needing to push for your healing, and instead be carried by Te Hā into a completely new season of your life.

- 5 Full Breathwork Journeys, each one a guided ceremony to support emotional release, energetic clearing, spiritual remembrance and deep nervous system regulation.
- Mātauranga Māori of Te Hā — receive sacred teachings and ancient wisdom on the breath, shared through story, ceremony and lived experience.
- Guided transmissions, meditations and daily embodiment practices, both a-wairua (spiritual) and a-tinana (physical), to anchor you back into the rhythms of your own body and the wisdom of the unseen.
- Delicious, nourishing lunches and afternoon tea each day
- Sacred sisterhood and safe space, where you will be seen, held, and honoured exactly as you are.
- Time to rest, reflect and integrate — woven into the retreat for journaling, silence, walks, laughter, and spontaneous magic.

A Message From Shannon
“Still one of my most cherished moments as a Breathwork Practitioner was having my Nana at my very first breath journey in Aotearoa. She cried tears she had never allowed herself to cry, and forgave herself for the life she had lived. That moment changed me forever. It reminded me why we do this work: for ourselves, yes, but also for our grandmothers and our mokopuna, seven generations forward, seven generations back."
