Te Hongonga ki te Hā ~ Free Online Training
Hosted by Shannon Rose, Founder of HineHau
Space is limited. Reserve your spot now.
Te Hongonga ki te Hā, is a free 90-minute training that will give you a real understanding of what we do, why we do it, and what breathwork looks like when it is rooted in Te Ao Māori.
Within a Māori worldview, the breath is a relationship not a tool.
In this free training with HineHau, you will learn how breathwork is understood from a Te Ao Māori perspective, the pūrakau that underpin this understanding, and experience a 20-minute BreathWav UpRegulate practice.
You will leave with a renewed appreciation of what Te Hā can do in your life, and a daily tool you can bring into your practice for maintaining your oranga.
No prior experience needed. Just bring yourself.
